PROJECT HOME BENEFIT PLANS:

 

Health & Dental Insurance 

Project Home offers employer paid health insurance

and dental insurance for full-time employees.

Part-time employees working 20 hours or more per

week may pay a prorated share of the health premiums

to participate in the health insurance plan and the

dental insurance plan.

 

Group Life Insurance

Project Home offers employer paid group life

insurance in the amount of $15,000 to all

full-time and part-time permanent employees

working a minimum of 20 hours per week.

 

Voluntary Life Insurance

Permanent full-time and part-time employees

working over 20 hours per week may purchase

additional Life insurance for themselves, their

spouse, or their child(ren).

 

Long Term Disability Insurance

Project Home offers employer paid group long

term disability insurance to all full-time and

part-time permanent employees working a

minimum of 20 hours per week. 

 

Voluntary Short Term Disability

 

Project Home offers employer paid group

short-term disability insurance to all full-time

and part-time permanent employees working

a minimum of 20 hours per week.

 

Simple IRA

Project Home offers a Simple IRA plan. 

Project Home will match the employee

contribution dollar for dollar up to 3% of

the employee's wages.  There is no

vestment period.  The funds belong to

the employee from the time the contributions

are made.

 

Deferred Compensation Flexible Spending Account

Project Home contracts with Employee Benefits

Corporation to administer the Section 125 plan.

Employees may elect to defer up to $3,000 for

medical expenses and up to $5,000 for day care

expenses.

 

Bonus

Project Home offers an agency based bonus.

Actual bonus amounts are based on the

employee's length of service and the percent

of contract completion.

 

Professional Development and Wellness Incentives

Employees may receive up to $100 per year in

reimbursement for professional development. 

Employees may also receive up to $100 per year

for a wellness related reimbursement. 

 

Uniforms

Each crew member will receive a uniform from

Project Home and will be given an allowance

each year to replenish their uniform as needed.
