Donating Materials
Thank you for considering Project Home. We are always seeking materials for our Hammer with a Heart program, a free major home repair program to help low-income homeowners. The labor is provided by skilled professionals who volunteer their time and some community volunteers. If you have building materials in good condition, please indicate what you have, and someone will contact you. We have limited amount of storage space. Please get a confirmation that we can accept the items. If requested, you can receive a donation letter for tax purposes.
Our Current Wish List We appreciate all donations that help us with our mission. Here is a list of items that we're looking for:
kitchen or laundry appliances that are less than 6 years old
basic lumber, 1" x 2," 1" x 4", 1" x 6", 2" x 4"s at least 4 ft.
plywood sheets
drywall and green board
interior wood doors
pre-hung exterior doors preferably fiber glass or steel
roofing shingles
coil nails
white gutters
white siding
vinyl flooring
* no windows
