Project Home offers benefits to permanent employees working 20 hours or more.

Project Home offers employer paid health and dental insurance. 

Life Insurance
Project Home offers employer paid group life insurance in the amount of $15,000.  Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse or children. 

Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
Project Home offers employer paid short and long term disability insurance. 

Simple IRA
Project Home offers a Simple IRA plan where we will match the employee contribution dollar for dollar up to 3% of the employee's wages.  There is no vesting period.  The funds belong to the employee from the time the contributions are made.

Flexible Spending Account
Project Home offers health and dependent care flexible spending accounts.  Employees may elect to defer up to $3,000 for medical expenses and up to $5,000 for dependent care expenses.

Bonus
Project Home offers a bonus to employees based on our contract completions.

Professional Development & Wellness Reimbursement
Employees may receive up to $100 per year for reimbursement on eligible wellness items.  They can also receive a $100 reimbursement for professional development. 

Uniforms
Project Home provides a yearly uniform allowance to those employees who interact with customers.
