Goodbye to Paint-a-thon — Thank You to all of our partners over the years!

I have some sad, but necessary news…Project Home will no longer be able to continue the annual Paint-a-thon.  It is a decision we do not make lightly, but it is a necessary decision for our nonprofit.

We would like to sincerely thank all of our amazing and generous partners for their support of this long-running, community effort.

With an event that has spanned more than 3 decades, it is impossible to name every person and organization who has contributed, but here is a summary of Paint-a-thon and its impact:  Hundreds of businesses and organizations, along with thousands of volunteers, have worked together to paint 542 Dane County homes (brightening the lives of 1,621 homeowners and their family members), since 1989.

To our incredible paint donors during the 31 years — thank you again Hallman Lindsay Paints & Mautz, who donated a combined 7,504 gallons of paint to this cause.

As Project Home continues its work, we look forward to connecting with many Paint-a-thon partners through our other programs and initiatives.   Again, we cannot thank our supporters enough and will remain inspired by the friendship and community spirit they showed during their involvement in the Paint-a-thon.
