We are seeking a passionate and skilled Weatherization Crew Leader to join our mission-driven team!

In this role, you will play a vital role in improving the energy efficiency and comfort of homes in our community. You will lead and supervise a crew of dedicated individuals, installing energy-saving measures and performing necessary home repairs.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Supervise and train a crew in installing insulation, weather stripping, caulking, and other energy-saving materials.
  • Schedule and complete jobs efficiently to meet program goals.
  • Organize work sites, assign tasks, and inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality.
  • Enforce and follow all safety regulations to keep yourself and your crew safe.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all jobs, including work orders, material usage, and crew time.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Develop strong working relationships within your crew to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Continuously learn and grow by attending training workshops and seminars.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in residential construction, energy conservation, or a related field (preferred).
  • Supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong physical health and the ability to work in various conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Commitment to safety and a passion for making a difference in your community.

This position is Monday thru Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (NO weekends or evenings).  Wage commensurate with experience.
