Affordable Housing Program

Project Home's Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is a 5-year forgivable loan program that makes repairs for qualified homeowners in Dane & Green County, WI.  AHP is a MATCH program, so a homeowner MUST be qualified and actively served through one of our repair programs or the weatherization program to be eligible. 

After the homeowner has been qualified, Project Home staff will perform a Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspection.  Items that fail the inspection are eligible to be addressed through AHP.  Health & safety repairs and accessibility modifications are given priority.  New construction and remodeling are NOT allowed under AHP.
