Dane County Major Rehab Program

Eligibility Requirements
  • Location: Home must be located in Dane County (except the City of Madison).
  • Value of your Home: Your home cannot exceed 95% of the Dane County Median Purchase Price for a home. Single family home: $397,000 Duplex: $508,000 (*We can only work on the owner’s side of a duplex).
  • Income: Income cannot exceed 80% of County Median Income.  (See Income Chart Below)
  • Participants must be in good standing with all other mortgage holders.
  • Homes must need between $5,000 – $24,999 worth of repair work.
  • Your loan to value ratio cannot be over 95%. In other words, if you owe over 95% of the value of your home, you probably do not qualify for DCRP.
