Project Home owns and manages two Affordable Housing Properties.

In line with our mission, Project Home offers families safe and secure housing with on-property assistance from a Site Manager, Resident Services Coordinator and Maintenance Supervisor.  We go above and beyond to take care of the families who reside at these properties.  We help them navigate rental and utility application processes.  Through generous donations, we are able to run a food pantry at each property in order to supplement our resident’s basic food and cleaning supply needs and often provide families with food and gifts around the holidays.  Our Resident Services Coordinator assists residents with maintaining stable employment by providing job lead sources and resume assistance.  We also work with our residents to plant and grow a seasonal community garden on each property.

With an on-site Maintenance Supervisor, repairs are completed quickly and effectively.  In 2021, Prairie Crossing Apartments went through a major rehabilitation giving all units brand new kitchens and bathrooms with energy efficient appliances, new air conditioners, and more.

Having an attractive, functional and comfortable place to call home gives our residents the ability to focus on maintaining a sustainable household.  We are proud to play a part in their path to a secure future.
