Green County Major Rehab Program

Eligibility Requirements

  • Your home must be located in Green County.
  • Home Assessment at or below: Single Family Home $247,000 – Duplex: $316,000
  • Participants must be in good standing with all other mortgage holders
  • Homes must need between $5,000 – $23,000 worth of repair work
  • Your loan to value ratio cannot be over 95%. In other words, if you owe over 95% of the value of your home, you probably do not qualify for this loan program.
  • You must report any possible liens on your home.
  • Income cannot exceed 80% of County Median Income.  (See income chart below)
