Green County Major Rehab Program
Eligibility Requirements
- Your home must be located in Green County.
- Home Assessment at or below: Single Family Home $245,000 – Duplex: $314,000
- Participants must be in good standing with all other mortgage holders
- Homes must need between $5,000 – $23,000 worth of repair work
- Your loan to value ratio cannot be over 95%. In other words, if you owe over 95% of the value of your home, you probably do not qualify for this loan program.
- You must report any possible liens on your home.
- Income cannot exceed 80% of County Median Income. (See income chart below)
